Frequently Asked Questions
How soon should I order my wedding invitations? Four to Six months before the wedding. This gives you plenty of time to choose the right invitation for your special event.
When do I send out my wedding invitations? Six to eight weeks before the wedding
Do I need to send out save-a-dates? Yes, save-a-dates are a great way to let your guest and out-of-town guest know of your upcoming event. It helps them to plan well in advance for attending your event. Mail out save-a-dates at least 2 to 3 months before your event.
What is a Response card? This card is included with the invitation. The guest checks yes or no if they will be attending the event with a guest or attending alone.
When should I have my programs printed? One month before the wedding.
Can I change the number of invitations after an order has been placed? Yes. Please note the price will change based on the number of invites ordered.
Do you have a printable Catalog? No, not at this time.
Will I receive an email confirmation of my order? Yes, an email confirmation will be sent with an estimated date of completion of order.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit cards. No checks. No C.O.D.'s. All prices and payments are in US dollars
What is your return policy for invitations? Invitation packages cannot be return due to the fact they are customized especially for you. Acceptions: If your invitation package is damaged, then yes you may return for replacement or refund. If True Love makes an error on the invitaiton package, return it and we will reprint at no charge.
Do my invitaitons come with envelopes? Yes. White, Ivory or color(if available).
How can I cancel an order? Will I be able to get a refund? Contact True Love at 2236504@comcast.net as soon as possible. Please include package name and order number in subject line. No refunds will given to orders already completed. A partial refund will be given on orders in process during cancellations.
Can I add special words to the invitation? Yes, you may add a special poem or verse to your invite.
Can I order blank do-it-yourself invitations? Yes, blank DIY invitations are available with accessories. Quanity limit is 150.
Are there different fonts to choose for my invitations? Yes, a list will be provided.
Will I receive a sample of my invitation? Yes, via email or PDF.
